At Au Naturel, we are committed to providing fast and reliable delivery for our clients. Please find all the details about our delivery charges, dispatch times, and couriers below.

Delivery Charges

• • Free Delivery: Orders with a value of €50 or more are eligible for free delivery within Ireland.
  • Standard Delivery Fee: Orders under €50 will incur a delivery charge of €5.

Dispatch & Delivery Times

• • We aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 working days in Ireland.
  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM will generally be dispatched the following business day, provided all items are in stock.
  • In case of stock shortages or backordered items, we will contact you with options to either wait for the product or receive a refund, and the remaining items will be dispatched as soon as possible.

Our Couriers – An Post

• • We use An Post for all deliveries within Ireland.
  • Items are typically delivered in 1-2 business days (up to 5kg).

Each parcel will come with a tracking number that can be traced on the An Post website for your convenience.
