At Au Naturel, we are committed to providing our clients with high-quality products. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a clear and straightforward returns process.

Returns Procedure

To initiate a return, please contact us via email at info@aunaturel.ie within 10 working days from the date of receipt. Kindly include the reason for the return to help us process it efficiently.

• • Faulty or Incorrect Items: If you receive a faulty or incorrect product, we will offer a replacement or a full refund once we have received the returned item.

  • Other Returns: If you wish to return a product for any other reason, we will issue a refund once the item has been returned. Please note that the cost of return postage will be borne by the customer.

Return Conditions

• • All returns must be made within 20 working days from the date of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging, with all labels intact.

  • These return conditions are in accordance with Irish consumer law and do not affect your statutory rights.

Refunds

• • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please note that postage and packaging charges may be deducted from the refund, depending on the return reason.
